"I met my best friend Tricia at Riverview in 1987. I just turned 13 and she was about to be 12.When we arrived at Riverview and they started telling us our cabin assignments there was a girl there by herself who didnt really know anyone. One of the counselors asked her if there was anyone she wanted to room with and she looked upset so I said she could room with me and my friend Mary. The three of us became inseperable that summer. Mary eventually fell out of the picture but its almost 20 years later and Tricia and I are still close. Her kids call me Auntie and I call her parents my second mom and dad. Her mom loves to say Tricia went to camp a little girl that summer and I sent her home a teenager. We went to Riverview together for the next 4 summers and have many many wonderful memories. I am glad to see the camp is still going strong."

" Riverview Bible Camp really helped me get on fire for God and also get to know my youth psator better. Although I only spent one weekend up there during that time I was able to find out more about my youth pastor and get to know more about my now best friend. It did prove to be a fun weekend. Thanks for all you do! "

"my name I becca savage and I cam to Riverview as a 7th grader with my church and I came to know Christ that year and I have been for 3 years now and my walk with Christ has only gotten better and stronger since then. okay now this past year I was honestly not looking forward to camp that much, I had my best friend move to Tennessee and my older brother went to jail for 9 years right before we left, so I really just wanted to sit at home and cry. I definitely felt God telling me I needed to be a camp. so I went and well I was there I re united with the love of my life, and we are going to make a long distance relationship work, due to Gods want for me to be at camp I grew closer to God and became close to my wonderful boyfriend. so my advice for those who truly feel God is challenging them, EVERYTHING happens for a reason and God wouldn’t give you a challenge you cant handle. so just rely on him and don’t let go and he will reward you."
